Cancel Online

You can cancel it yourself by clicking Cancel Subscription Online. Online cancellations are usually completed immediately.

After your cancellation is successful:

Your subscription will no longer renew automatically;

Your current paid subscription period will not be affected;

You can continue to use the applicable membership benefits until the end of your current subscription period;

No new subscription charges will be incurred after your current subscription period ends.

Cancel by Email

If you are unable to cancel online, you can also email [email protected] to request cancellation.

Because email cancellation requests require manual processing, sending an email does not mean your subscription will be canceled immediately. We typically follow up within 24 hours of receiving your request and will confirm by email once processing is complete.

To avoid processing delays close to your renewal date, we recommend submitting your cancellation request as early as possible.
